PIC-ture That! is a community-powered restaurant discovery app built to answer a simple question:
What does the food actually look like before I order it?
Traditional restaurant listings often show a business name, address, rating, and written reviews, but they may not show enough real meal photos or current menu images. PIC-ture That! helps fill that gap by giving diners a visual way to explore restaurants, meals, drinks, and menus before deciding what to order.
The app is operated by BDR Enterprise LLC and is available for both iPhone and Android.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to build a more useful and honest visual restaurant guide through real contributions from diners, restaurant owners, managers, and local communities.
PIC-ture That! is designed to help people:

WHY PIC-TURE THAT! WAS CREATED
Ordering at a restaurant often involves guesswork.
A menu description may sound good, but it does not always tell you what the finished meal looks like. Restaurant websites may be outdated, social media pages may be difficult to search, and stock photography does not always represent what customers actually receive.
PIC-ture That! was created to make restaurant discovery more visual, practical, and community-driven.
Instead of relying only on written descriptions, users can browse real food photos and menu photos connected to individual restaurants. This gives diners another source of information before they visit, order, or try something new.
HOW THE APP WORKS
Users can search for restaurants and browse available community content.
Depending on the restaurant and available contributions, users may be able to view:
• Meal photos
• Drink photos
• Menu photos
• Restaurant information
• Community comments and votes
• Contributor profiles and achievements
• Restaurants that still need food or menu photos
Users can also contribute by uploading their own clear and helpful photos.
Submitted content may be reviewed before it appears publicly. This helps reduce spam, inappropriate content, duplicate uploads, and photos that are unrelated to restaurants, food, drinks, or menus.
COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS
PIC-ture That! depends on helpful community participation.
A single menu photo or meal photo can help another person decide what to order. Contributions can also help smaller restaurants that may not have professional photography or a large online presence.
Community members may receive points, achievements, badges, challenge progress, or recognition for helpful activity.
These features are intended to make contributing more engaging while encouraging accurate, useful, and respectful participation.
WEEKLY CHALLENGES AND RESTAURANT MISSIONS
PIC-ture That! includes community challenges and restaurant photo missions.
Weekly challenges may encourage users to contribute food photos, menu photos, comments, votes, or other useful activity.
Restaurant missions identify restaurants that may still need food or menu photos. These missions help direct contributors toward places where their photos may provide the most value.
Some missions or challenges may include bonus points or other in-app recognition.
TOP CONTRIBUTORS
The Top Contributors feature recognizes community members who help build the visual restaurant guide.
Public contributor information may include:
• Display name
• Avatar
• Featured achievement
• Approved upload totals
• Food photo totals
• Menu photo totals
• Contributor ranking
Private information such as email addresses and internal account identifiers is not displayed publicly through the leaderboard.
FOR RESTAURANT OWNERS AND MANAGERS
Restaurant owners and managers may be able to request access to manage certain restaurant-related content.
Verified restaurant representatives may receive tools that help them:
• Add official restaurant photos
• Review restaurant information
• Improve the restaurant’s presence in the app
• Manage approved access for their location
• Help customers better understand the restaurant’s food and menu
Restaurant claims may require verification. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval.
Restaurant representatives are responsible for keeping the information they manage accurate and current.
CONTENT QUALITY AND MODERATION
PIC-ture That! uses a combination of automated systems and human review to help maintain content quality.
Submitted photos and text may be reviewed for:
• Relevance
• Safety
• Spam
• Duplicate content
• Prohibited material
• Misleading or inappropriate submissions
• Compliance with community and platform rules
Content may be approved, rejected, restricted, removed, or restored depending on the circumstances.
Users may also report content they believe is inaccurate, inappropriate, or harmful.
FOOD AND MENU INFORMATION
Food photos, menu photos, prices, descriptions, availability, ingredients, and other restaurant information may change over time.
PIC-ture That! does not guarantee that every photo, menu, price, ingredient, or restaurant detail is current or complete.
Users should confirm important information directly with the restaurant before ordering, especially when dietary restrictions or food allergies are involved.
PIC-ture That! should not be treated as a substitute for direct communication with restaurant staff.
PRIVACY AND USER SAFETY
We take user privacy and responsible content handling seriously.
PIC-ture That! uses services that may include Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Places, analytics, advertising, content moderation, and security tools.
